1. Introduction to Certification

In order to speed up the European integration process in Ukraine, the product certification UkrSEPRO certification system has been abolished in April 2017, and the Ukrainian product certification has fully implemented the requirements of the Ukrainian technical regulation certification. Ukrainian certification has also become Ukrainian technical regulation certification (referred to as TR certification).

4. Certification process

1. First, you need to submit the application form, product technical information, Safety/EMC/RF report, and factory inspection documents

2. Deliver samples to local testing

3. After the test is passed, the official agency will review all the submitted documents and issue a DoC and a certificate of compliance. The DoC needs to be signed by the applicant before proceeding to the next step

4. NKRZI registration

Remarks: Ukrtest is a 001 organization and needs to send samples for testing; if you do 008 CEPEIC, you don’t need to send samples for testing, but the organization reserves the right to request samples from the manufacturer for confirmation.

5. Required information

1. Fill in the CU-TR application form of the Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan Customs Union

2. Description of product use;

3.ISO9001 certificate

4. General assembly drawing or technical drawing

5. Operation manual or instruction manual

6. Other certification certificates and related test reports (such as CE certificate, CB certificate, if not available)

7. Product photos or promotional coloring pages;

8. Test report and factory certificate;

9. Business license

10. The applicant's business license and tax registration certificate, supply contract.

11. Product customs code

(*Applicants of the Customs Union CU-tr must be enterprises or entrepreneurs in the territory of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, and the Chinese factory is reflected in the certificate as a manufacturer)

The above information must be provided in Russian.

6. Certification cycle and validity period

Issuing cycle: 4-6 weeks, the certificate is valid for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years

7. Factory inspection

1-year certificates are not required, but 3-year and 5-year certificates are required (because of the epidemic, factory inspections are not possible, and now only 1-year certificates are issued)
